Biography:
Mason currently concentrates his practice in the areas of insurance coverage and insurance litigation. Since joining Bollinger, Ruberry & Garvey, Mason has represented insurers in state and federal courts throughout the country. Highlights of Mason's representative matters include: Assisting in the defense of a $30 million claim on an insurer for indemnification, stemming from a national HMO network's settlement of several class action RICO lawsuits.Assisting in the successful prosecution of multi-million dollar legal fee dispute, stemming from litigation involving the formation of a spin-off corporation of a Big Five accounting firm.Assisting in the successful prosecution of a multi-million dollar claim for professional negligence against one of the largest and oldest law firms in the South.Mason also has experience in the areas of medical malpractice, legal malpractice, and premises liability.
