Biography:
Jerry Connolly is a partner with 30 years of trial experience. He has successfully defended numerous clients in high exposure lawsuits, including personal injury and wrongful death cases, property damage claims, products liability claims, Director and Officer liability claims, and class actions. Recently, Mr. Connolly has obtained favorable defense verdicts for CSX Railway and Standard Parking Corporation at trial. Additionally, along with eighteen other firms, he resolved one of the largest class environmental claims ever brought in the State of Illinois, and is currently defending national clients on personal injury claims arising out of environmental exposure. Mr. Connolly defends insurers through arbitration in defense of uninsured/underinsured motorist claims. Mr. Connolly has also lectured on the trial of large exposure cases, has counseled excess carriers on risk exposure, and assissted in the supervision and direction of defense counsel. Jerry is a member of the Society of Trial Lawyers and has consistently been named by Law & Politics magazine as an Illinois Super Lawyer. Jerry has also been featured in Chicago Magazine as a Top Lawyer.
