Biography:
Mr. Buenik has extensive experience in all aspects of complex litigation matters. He specializes in managing construction litigation for industrial, commercial and residential clients involving all phases of the construction process including contract negotiating, contract disputes, OSHA citations, insurance coverage, business disruption, mechanic’s lien, personal injury and property damage claims. He also represents clients in general tort, transportation law, product defect and premises liability matters. Mr. Buenik graduated from The John Marshall Law School, cum laude, was marketing editor of the Journal of Computer and Information Law and a member of the National Wagner Labor Law Moot Court team.
In 2008, 2009, and 2010, Mr. Buenik was selected by Illinois Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in Construction Litigation and featured in the publications Law & Politics and Chicago Magazine.
