Biography:
Daniel W. Pisani has been involved in a wide variety of litigation and trial work over the course of his career. Dan began his legal career as a trial attorney in the Public Defender's Office where he gained invaluable experience representing criminal defendants in both jury and bench trials. After leaving the Public Defender's office, Dan made civil litigation the focus of his career. Dan has extensive experience both prosecuting and defending a wide variety of injury claims including wrongful death, premises liability, medical malpractice, birth injuries, automobile accidents and construction accidents. Dan has represented clients in state and federal courts throughout the country.
In addition to his legal practice, Dan serves on the Board of Directors for Neighborhood Services, a non-profit social services agency which provides residential support services for adults with developmental disabilities.
