Biography:
Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, Mr. LaMantia graduated from St. Ignatius College Preparatory High School and attended Fordham University in the Bronx, New York before returning home to obtain his Juris Doctrate from John Marshall Law School. Mr. LaMantia has 15 years of significant trial experience as lead attorney on behalf of both plaintiff and defense clients in general casualty, commercial litigation, insurance, civil rights and government liability cases. He has obtained millions of dollars by trial verdict or settlement on behalf of plaintiff clients in personal injury and civil rights actions as well as defending large municipalities including the City of Chicago and Town of Cicero in multi-million dollar liability actions. In addition to his trial practice, Mr. LaMantia is an adjunct professor at several community colleges in the Chicagoland area teaching business law and political science.
