Biography:

Ron concentrates his practice in the areas of insurance coverage analysis and litigation.  He has represented insurers in state and federal courts throughout the country.  He has significant experience investigating claims and evaluating coverage and liability, and has counseled clients on issues including trigger and scope of coverage, choice of law, and the meaning and intent of contract terms and exclusions.  Ron has also advised clients on various business-related issues pertaining to compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.

Ron's litigation experience includes declaratory judgments, bad faith lawsuits, and actions for rescission and reformation of insurance policies.  Specific areas in which he has worked include first party property coverage, products liability, construction defect, toxic tort, and environmental claims.
