Biography:
Mr. Rose has litigated insurance coverage disputes in state and federal courts throughout the country.  He has extensive experience handling a wide variety of coverage cases, including cases involving environmental, construction defect, professional liability, and bad faith issues.  Mr. Rose has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict in both state and federal courts, and has successfully handled appeals in a variety of venues throughout the country.  Mr. Rose was born in Highland Park, Illinois, and currently resides in Chicago with his wife and five children.
