Biography:
Brian Conneranweig has extensive litigation experience defending insureds in complex, catastrophic cases in the areas of wrongful death, transportation, product liability, premises liability, and large property damage subrogation. He has conducted numerous arbitrations, bench trials, and jury trials to verdict. Recently, Brian negotiated a favorable settlement in a wrongful death construction case on behalf of a purported general contractor. Mr. Conneranweig has had a large measure of success in pre-trial motion practice extracting his clients from litigation. His aggressive pre-trial discovery practice maximizes available defenses, putting his cases in a favorable posture for settlement.
