Biography:

Hilary O'Connor joined Bollinger, Ruberry & Garvey as an Associate, focusing her practice in General Tort Litigation.  Prior to coming to Bollinger, Ruberry & Garvey, she was an Assistant Attorney General at the Illinois Attorney General's office.

Ms. O'Connor is a graduate of Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where she served as a member of Loyola's Moot Court Board.  As a Moot Court member, she was a regional semi-finalist in the Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition.  She was also a member of the Willem Vis Hong Kong International Arbitration Moot team.
